Within the Mirror View

Dream portal, illuminating mirror
beholding myself deep within your soul
soft reflections of you, my eyes clearer
two  images  harmoniously whole

staring into your eyes dazzling starlight
through the looking glass lies a mystery
crossing a new dimension, we take flight
etched across the heavens, our history

silvery moonbeams, two silhouettes dance
willow drums hum, behind curtains of night
as one slipping into a rhythmic trance
entwined arms & limbs a lover's delight

love shatters boundaries, beautiful view
beyond the horizon,  a glimpse of you

posted for Imaginary Garden with Real Toads writing about mirrors
sharing with Poets United.. I will be back to read as many as I
can..please be sure to do the same for your fellow poets. Have a
great day!
