Do You Feel My Mood

Claudia;s  Flickr page

Hey baby do you feel my mood
well,  it's sort of mellow indigo blue
thinking of you under  a full moon
waiting patiently to sit on your lap
your eyes glance at my sultry curves
something inside you begins to stir
you reach for me, humming a tune
holding me close stroking my neck
plucking strings,  my heart  sings
under starlight we begin to sway
sighs of delight, increasing cadence
lost in the moment creating art

Thanks, I guess I am in an indigo mood tonight. Actually, I am not feeling well. I've been sick for a couple of days.

  3. I KNOW my son truly loves his guitar - I think he named "her" Yvaine (the fallen star from Stardust movie). This is a joy to read and a "mellow indigo blue" is a great "state of mind" to be in. ;)

Thanks I think there is a great love between an artist and his instrument. Reminds me of Bryan Adams "Run to You"

  26. I know! They are like cats, those guitars and pianos--they sit and stare calling calling silently until we obey. And then, what beautiful music we make together. (Not that I play a piano--but I have a cat and a computer calling me.)

  32. Oh I feel your mood, as you do mine...

So, Blue you are wondering about time
haven't you realized that time is "NOW"
enjoy this moment so sweet in its prime
feel the kiss of life on you furrowed brow

It's the one thing that makes me sad
    It's like I'm given a present I still wish I had
Does that make sense to a woman so blue?
Do you know I love now too?

fill you heart & soul with lofty rhymes
relax barefoot under a willow's bough
listening to songs of a distant chime
to smell a rose, in silence softly bow

Elvis sang, Now I'm a willow and I can bend
I guess I know now what he meant, my friend
When listening to song of a distant chime
I realize I still have time

    beauty so rare, messages sublime
stars, sun and moon are here to wow
taste the zestfulness of life, key lime
can't you see blue time is indeed now

Oh I could see when I was blind
Or nearly so, my health declined
And now I try to take in every view
But it's hard for a guy that's blue

I love the here and now so much I don't want to let go
Not when there's so much to experience at my show

    1. I know you love the here and now
so much to enjoy on the stage of life
it's not over until you take that final bow
enjoy the moments forget about strife

You once were blind but, now can see
You once were lost but, now are found
singing songs about life in a new key
opening your heart to wondrous sound
