Thinking of You in an Autumn Mist

http://www.desktopnexus.com/tos/

In an autumn mist I think of you
two souls yearning for life's kiss
in a wild forest our hearts grew
in an autumn mist I think of you
finding our way dreams in view
transcending time heavenly bliss
in an autumn mist I think of you
two souls yearning for life's kiss

posting for Poets United
Autumn colors are bursting here..

  1. Interesting pic indeed, had to do a double take to see the person. Two as one as the yearning makes them come undone.

  10. I like the movement you've given in this: for me it's about lingering innocence and the discovery of love, perhaps seen in the rear view mirror. Interesting ideas and execution. Nice job.

  12. the repetition works well in this...autumn is a time of reflection for many...and yearning...as all goes to sleep until spring....

    1. Hi Brian,

A time of reflection in an autumn mist..that is true as nature prepares to go into hibernation for the long winter months.

    1. Ah Blue, the other day the air had that crisp autumn smell and it made me pause to savor the scent. I have to say I do not like what comes after fall the dreaded winter and snow. I am getting through the days thanks for asking.
