Overlooking the Ends of the Earth

new beginning at the ends of the earth Michaela Sagatova

standing in green glades & blue poppies
searching for life, feeling melancholy
my violin and bow, play a dragon's tune
new beginning, under stars and moon

soaring beyond the boundaries of earth
awakening dreams,  songs of rebirth
intoxicating beauty, planetary swoon
new beginning, under stars and moon

spreading wings, you lift me up high
oh sweet dragon, fly me beyond blue sky
let my heart sing by the mystic lagoon
new beginning, under stars and moon

writing new beginnings at dVerse
hosted by Mish to a selection of artwork
I choose this one as it just spoke to me

  9. Lovely, haunting, spiritual, fantasy-laden--yes, /my violin & bow play a dragon's tune/. You do amaze me, dear one, for the creative fantasima
of your essence is such that dragons, castles, pirate ships. gods & demons all dance on your eyelids perpetually--and we all need to visit your mind's eye, your world view regularly to maintain our muses.

  11. You're ready, waiting for the new. I never could make out that was a violin at the artists feet. She's ready to fly on dragon's wing

    1. ready to fly just waiting for that moment. It was hard to make out, but def a violin and bow and a Tim Horton's cup. I guess a cup of the universe would give one a jolt as well...

  15. So beautiful, my friend! I am just back from a few days at the beach - looking at such wonder, such pristine beauty, nature at its most glorious, lifted me beyond the human plane to the world of Mother Nature, reminding me how forgiving and generous she is, in spite of us........may the beauty of this life prevail.Standing at the edge of the sea, under a million stars, it felt like life was brand new.

    2. Truedessa, thank you for the comment on my blog. I have to decide what I want on the articles of clothing. I did 3 paintings, with crows in front of the moon and I was thinking of using one of those, for the back of the sheer wrap. But, like I said on my blog, if there is a painting you like and would like to see, let me know!

  25. Hey True
    How are you
    New beginnings
    TRUE beginnings
    No fear
    In the new year
    Raise a cheer
    Abundantly clear
    Your prose
    Doth grows
    With hope
    As we cope
To the ends of the earth
    A peaceful worth.
