Swaths of Color to See

The Wave - Pierre-Auguste Renoir - Wikimedia

choppy white waves
swaths of rippling blue
splashes emerald green
nature swirls with life
scattered palette of light
mixing hues
carrying a poets dream
flaming angel fish
rainbow of energy
wishing on a star-fish
movement of the tide
entertaining my muse

trying my hand at impressionism
with words

  6. I love waves and can sit and watch them forever. You have captured the edge of the shore and the movement just like a painter
