my spirit awakens to your touch
pressing your lips to my mouth
I begin to sing
in a new tongue
open your ears and you will hear
songs from the
heart of the jungle
whistling -
through the mountain air
ancient vessel , come travel with me
layered in clay from the earth
carvings from an artisan
hand
you breathe new life into me
awakening harmonic chambers
rising to a new
consciousness
your lungs filling my spirit
I feel alive with each note
frequency of love circulates
releasing pent up energy
we explode in the magic

What an interesting response to the found vessel. I cant help but think of what history it might hold. And magic as well it seems. Nice build of tension in this as well, to that final release.

Have an amazing weekend, my friend.
I like my poetry the way I like my Mexican food: hot and spicy without being distasteful. This captured that perfectly.
ReplyDeleteWow! Love, how fast and masterfully you words involve a reader in the creative art of channeling! Awesome!

ReplyDeleteWhat you're saying is completely true. I know that everybody must say the same thing, but I just think that you put it in a way that everyone can understand. I'm sure you'll reach so many people with what you've got to say.
