There's a do not disturb sign
on the door-knob of a dream
a secret place where stars align
poetry forms at the bang of a drum
touching the heart with each beat
opening doors who knows what will come
don't touch me while I am sleeping
the shaman says it brings bad dreams
in silence you can hear the willow weeping
There's a do not disturb sign
on the door-knob of a dream
a secret place where stars align
on the edge of your atmosphere skies
trying to balance on the fringe of reality
is love forever hidden in a tiny box of lies
your music knocks me out with one note
spiraling forever lost in you melody
remembering every word you wrote
there's a do not disturb sign
on the door- knob of a dream
a secret place where stars align
daring you to enter the labyrinth
of a dream , my secret lover, I’ll be waiting
in hues of blue for ....
you
you
you

two were required, but I went
with four I couldn't resist

Meet me seaside on a spring day
here rushing waters light up the night
baptizing love in mystic sprays
wandering hearts can find the way
letting our wildest dreams take flight
meet me seaside on a spring day
there are words that I need to say
in the surf our poetic voices will unite
baptizing love in mystic sprays
singing songs of the delights of May
we’ll dance under blue moonlight
meet me seaside on a spring day
tell me your heart can find a way
following the stars shining bright
meet me seaside on a spring day
baptizing love in mystic sprays
Peace, love and mystic sprays

She makes the sounds the sea makes
always riding the currents of life
waiting for the waves to break
songs of the heart in the tide-line
forming a rhythmic design
overhead the gulls take the wind
with her breath and sacred dreams
wondering why starlight has dimmed
sometimes you win
sometimes you lose
sometimes you can't choose
sometimes you sing the blues
salty sprays fill the pools of her eyes
drifting in memories of yesterday
wondering when the sun will rise
songs of the heart in the tide-line
forming a rhythmic design
she makes the sounds the sea makes
always riding the currents of life
waiting for the waves to break
sometimes you win
sometimes you lose
sometimes you can't choose
sometimes you sing the blues
sometimes you sing the blues
sometimes you sing the blues
