Beyond The Stars

Beyond the milky way, a bridge between worlds

ecstasy at our fingertips, navigating the stars

your orbs of light guide us through the night

opening gateways,  following our true hearts

new world aligns an opportunity to take flight

darkness finds us entwined in a wondrous dream

The chalice filled, drink in the frequency of love

heavenly songs vibrate, ebb and flow of the tides

eclipse of sun and moon, two muses sing as one

Sunlight, touches our lips we awaken in bliss

transcending boundaries of worldly reality

a shooting star,  gathering wishes from afar

remembering our story has no end...and

somewhere beyond the stars a dragon flies

I've dreamt of moments of bliss
beyond billowing violet clouds
I've seen the magic white owl

I've dreamt of a lover's kiss

beyond sun and moon he waits

breathing in cosmic space

I've dreamt of starburst nights

strawberry, lemon, orange, lime

dancing in time

Rockin' View - A Breakthrough

My Creation

Walking along broken cliff ledges
pondering each step jagged edges
remembering the people of the stones
  waves breaking below,  the ocean moans

comparing the words stone and rock
contemplating the intriguing paradox
wisdom echoes in the cove of my mind
stones have spirits, look and you will find

I recall a heart shaped stone, with a face
smiling at me, in cupped hands, I embraced
stones have spirits, mystics can sense them
hidden in time, unearthing one a rare gem

Peering  over the cliff,  stones softly sing to me
gathering them one by one, discovering the key
tuning into their  vibration, I choose carefully
vision forms, ancient relics, seeing with clarity

Nestled in hues of marbled gray, on solid rock
primitive spirit  arises, gateway is unlocked
gazing in amazement,  at my wondrous creation
listening to a melody,  I find inspiration

in fact I'm not sure where it ends

in my heart, a melody softly spins

my inner thoughts twist and bend

In a dream,  I met you so long ago

two lost souls in the silence of night

weeping in sorrow we said, "hello"

praying for wings to give us flight

In a vast universe you are my star

helping me through darkest times

singing the blues, strumming a guitar

and I love you so

and I always will

admiring you from afar

In a dream, I saw you rise and fall

the journey has not been easy, I know

you're larger than life, I am small

I guess that is how the story goes

In a vast universe you are my star
