Winter Wonderland |
In a flurry of snow
my heart needs to know
can you see beyond here
come whisper in my ear
In a flurry of snow
can you see the moon's glow
come listen to the birdsong
allow your spirit to sing along
In a flurry of snow
there's a place my soul longs to go
where Pegasus soars on white wings
believing in the beauty that dreams bring
In a flurry of snow
the northern winter winds blow
leaving my imprints in the journey
a pathway opens for you and me
sharing with The Sunday Muse
Thank you for reading
may your journey be magical

ReplyDeleteBeautiful. And that picture...be still my heart.
ReplyDeleteThis poem is magical T. I can almost taste that snow. I love white horses too because they're the most mythical-like creatures.
