spinning
out of control
do you recognize her
in the realm of vacant spaces
fading
~
dancing
shadows of life
captured in black and white
blurry silhouette shades of grey
blending
~
empty
lot of desire
capturing swift movement
dancing into oblivion
waning

I think it's sad if the dance lead to numbness such as that.. dance should be passion
ReplyDeleteTotally agree Bjorn, the art of the dance should be filled with passion.
DeleteTrying to lose herself doesn't bode well for her spirits.
ReplyDeleteThat is true Pat, the artist had a very short life.
DeleteSpinning to vanish or forget - very sad.
ReplyDeleteThat it is Alex!
DeleteLike reading a dream. Well done! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you David!
DeleteLovely dizziness...
ReplyDeleteCaught in the moment in her dizziness...
DeleteYou have captured the essence of her photo .. well done.
ReplyDeleteThank you Helen! I tried to write based on what I felt she felt...
DeleteDancing into oblivion - what a sad escape. It captures the picture perfectly, though.
ReplyDeleteIt is a sad escape this artist had a very short life.
DeleteYou have captured her well, kiddo.

DeleteHey Truedessa,
ReplyDeleteThanks for that. I was about to switch off my computer. Now, my heading is spinning! :)
Gary, saying goodnight from lil' ol' England....
Gary from lil' ol' England, how are you? Glad you could spin by...:)
DeleteHey, True, that worked. As me a question and you get a bonus comment! :) A whirl, a twirl, the flag doth unfurl. I'm just fine, thank you, True.
DeleteGood one, True Blue.
DeleteHi Gary!
When I was a kid (don't say it), I wrote a poem about me spinning round and round and when I slowed down and everything I was looking at became more clear to me, I fell and died. That's depressing, right, but I was 18 back then so what do you expect ;)
hmm - interesting Blue...you fell and died and yet you are here spinning on the this big blue marble..and I might say I'm rather glad you are here...
DeleteTell me Blue how are you this winter day?
I'm dead tired. Sarcoidosis is a bitch, I tell ya. Anyway, thanks for asking, True. You keep putting a big smile on my face :)
Deletehmm. I have a paragraph to write. I need to eat something. Far to emotional at the moment
ReplyDeleteMichael,
DeleteTry to calm those emotions with a gentle sea of words.
