Tu-lips - For-ever

 Tulips
whisper secrets
tracking spring's heady scent
dreams blossoming in soft petals
flourish



Flowers
jubilant red
warmth fills lethargic hearts
whispering mother nature's song
tulips


 Tulips
purple petals
chasing dark clouds away
thoughts of you windmill in my mind
blooming

  9. I have lovely deep purple (almost black) tulips that grow in my yard every spring. They are just about done for the year, but this was a nice reminder of their beauty when they were at their peak.
