Crafting Dreams

I craft my dreams with love and care
setting intentions to help guide the way
using my imagination with creative flair
into the mist of night, I quietly slip away

On wide wings and a heartfelt prayer
I craft my dreams with love and care
here, I plant a magical seed of thought
in a land where visionaries once walked

Listening for the songs of medicinal trees
seeking the ancient shaman’s expertise
I craft my dreams with love and care
when facing darkness, one must beware

following the beat of primordial drums
the taste of love lingers on my tongue
on sacred ground dancing with bears
I craft my dreams with love and care

  1. Truedessa, as I read your poem, I envisioned a dream sailor, setting a course for adventure. Enchanting poem, and I'm sure you have adventurous dreams.

  7. I envy you your dreams - and the ability to remember them when you wake. I rarely remember mine. Sigh. Your poem is beautiful.
