Organic State of Mind

I like my music organic
awakening my senses
to the natural rhythm
of a simple hoop drum
made from my own hands
stretching the tough hide
weaving strands through
each hole of my being
mending the weak spots
strengthening flat notes
an apple drumstick, sweet
and delicious leaving a
lasting taste in the vibrations
of each breath
  inhale
   exhale

I like my music organic
raw and un-tethered
allowing fluid movement
from beat to beat...
resonating with positive vibes
lyrics from the heart
nothing artificial...
raw full of emotions
connecting with the
inner most part of
of my being

I like my music
tuned into the
  frequency of love
   pure and natural
    no additives...
      harmony

I like my music like love

I share my real heart & soul
 there is nothing more
  precious to give....

    1. Hi Keith, I don't like music that is overly processed. Sometimes, I just like a guy with his guitar unplugged or to listen to a singer"s real voice and I do enjoy playing my simple hoop drum. There is no agenda I just sit in stillness and drum.

  20. Love this. This is exactly how music should be. And you can always tell when music is organic and when it's something that's just been produced like a formula.

    1. Hey Guys that is very true and in today's music industry we get a lot of formula music that is why it sounds the same...what happened to natural chemistry..
