how I wish I could fly
on the open wings of a hawk
so, wild and free..
soaring
soaring
performing acrobatics in a blue sky
flurry
of feathers dancing in the air
weightless, freedom in flight
weightless, freedom in flight
swooping
swooping
rising
to a higher level of perspective
energy
awakening in the sunlight
visions
of life, spiritual elevation
circling
circling
a distant cry, awareness
aura of power, panoramic view
gliding in graceful
balance
flying
flying
Posted for Poets United I saw a hawk today and I marveled at the sight..
They are so beautiful. You captured their essence so well. I love when I see them soaring overhead. :)
