Trust Fall

My  heart follows the  mountain  call 
 ancestors  speak on wooded land 
chanting hymns of praise ~ trust fall 

drums echo opening  a  portal wall 
 in the midst of autumn trees,  I stand
my hearts follows the mountain call

reflections of light in a crystal ball
 offering  you the palm of my  hand

memories of you, I  fondly  recall
sifting through matter, cosmic sand
my heart follows the mountain call

spiritual healing extends to all

my consciousness I wish to expand

dream catchers,  standing tall
songs of a willow, I understand
my heart follows the mountain call

mother earth catches me
