There's a place out there
where the northern lights dance
in dazzling greens and hues of blue
It's a place where dreams connect
with the mystical heavens
It's a place where magic takes
center stage and the heart beats
with the rhythm of night

Oh the northern lights are magical and mystical. Lovely poem.
ReplyDeleteThanks Di many here were able to get a glimpse of the mysterious light display
DeleteTruedessa, maybe that's what the northern lights are: dreams playing together :)

I agree Gillena, there is more out there than meets the eye. Have a wonderful week.
DeleteThank you for the northern lights dancing ‘in dazzling greens and hues of blue’, Truedessa. I missed them!
ReplyDeleteYou are lucky to have seen them. It was mostly cloudy but, Friday night around 11:30 I took a ride away from the city lights and I was able to get a glimpse of the dancing lights.
DeleteMagical! And appropriate since so many saw them last Friday. We didn't - it was cloudy, of course.
ReplyDeleteThe clouds were an obstacle but, I took a late night drive north to get a mostly green show. I saw some amazing photos from around the state on line.
DeleteI would so love to see the Northern Lights, and gutted that they were visible here the other night, and I didnt know - missed them 😔 - lovely poem
ReplyDeleteI was compelled to take a late evening drive to chase the lights.
DeleteSo beautiful. They were amazing here, too, but I only got to see photos on facebook..........
ReplyDeleteHi Sherry we don't get to see them around here often so it was a nice happening.
DeleteGorgeous, Trueness. I'm so happy you got to catch a glimpse!

Thanks De
DeleteOh how lovely. I haven't seen them. It was cloudy here this past weekend, even if they might have been around. I love the idea of the lights being dreams connecting.
ReplyDeleteI hope you get to see them sometime. The lights felt mystical like dreams often do.
DeleteYour quadrille matches the beauty of the Northern Lights!!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Helen
DeletePerfect timing for this lovely poem.
ReplyDeleteLovely! Northern lights, hope to see them someday.

How lovely and magical, Truedessa. You were so lucky.
ReplyDeleteOne of my dream is to see them up close. I was not able to last week due to the cloudy skies. What a magical sight they are.
ReplyDeleteI heard, saw and FELT the colors via your poem. Nice!
ReplyDeleteI want to go there;) Sandra sandracox.blogspot.com
