This Poem is a warm spring day
its about taking a walk in nature
listening to the trill of bird songs
This Poem is about a buffalo drum
connecting with earth’s rhythm
thumping a prayer of hope
This poem is geese nesting
on a mound of twigs and grass
honking at nearby predators
This poem is a lucid dream
seeking wisdom in the night
perched upon a tree limb
This poem is about finding love
in times of deepest darkness
its about following the light

I love that buffalo drum thumping a prayer of hope. And the geese hopefully making their nests for the new little fluffers. I ESPECIALLY love the "lucid dream/seeking wisdom in the night/perched upon a tree limb." This poem is full of hope and light. I love it.
