  1. Your haiku verse poem is wonderful! Well done. My claim to fame? Standing onstage with Don McLean in the mid 80's in Anchorage Alaska singing American Pie with him. What a trip that was!

  2. Well said.
From the sounds of it, there won't be any concerts until next year.

    1. Hi Alex,

No concerts but, there is still plenty of music to experience from the comfort of your home.

  3. All memories now, and you put them all together so well. Now, over to youtube (not quite the same experience, is it?)

    1. No, youtube, is not the same thing as actually experiencing the beauty of music live. I am grateful for youtube though as it brings music to me via another mode.

  4. What a wonderful haiku poem. The idea of a chorus of birds singing to empty seats is the stuff of a great novel!!

    1. Hopefully, we can gather again to enjoy the gift of music. I will miss the free concerts in the park this summer. Safety must come first.

  9. Hi Truedessa - loved the poem ... very appropriate. Yes - life is uncertain ahead ...but we're lucky to have the technology and can still access different things - all the best Hilary

  10. Yep. Sure won't be many a thing going on. But always a concert to listen to in nature if one has it nearby.

That is true, many events will be on pause. I find taking walks to be therapeutic.
