I slip into a dream
escaping the
madness
of the day
past lavender skies
there is a place I call
paradise
cause you're waiting for
me there, brightening my
night
we strip away the clouds
revealing the beauty of starlight
linking with dVerse
writing a quadrille of 44 words
incorporating the word "slip"

DeleteIt's but a dream, I am trying to stay safe but, life around here is getting more difficult by the day.
I escaped, too, my friend - to the beach, where all was beautiful - it helped. But the real world awaits - we need to make every vote count next election because our survival as soulful beings is at stake. The dark heartless tyrants must go.
