in the songs of the birds
chirping together in harmony
Sing to us mother earth
in the songs of the oceans
full of rhythm and waves
Sing to us mother earth
in the songs of the trees
raw and organic in nature
Sing to us mother earth
in the songs of the mountains
filled with low and high tones
Sing to us mother earth
in the songs of ancient tongues
spirited ballads of yesterday
Sing to us mother earth
in the songs of the heart
beating to the drum of life
linking with earthweal
in celebration of Earth Day

It is my hope we will hear her songs and sing a long
